Building Code of Construction

While building new projects, as a builder one must follow building codes. With the expansion of construction sector, a sound building code has become a must. If you are new in this sector, you must know all the codes and understand its underlying principle. Most of the code is formulated for security of the project and the clients involved with the project. The building codes are also formulated keeping in mind all the environmental aspects in mind. Now before, discussing more on this topic, let us discuss what exactly the building code mean. The building code is also otherwise known as building control. The building code is nothing but a set of rules, which a constructor follows at the time of building any project. The building code always aims at maintaining public health, general safety and most importantly pubic welfare of the place. If such building code gets legal sanction, it becomes the law.

If you are associated with any project, you have to follow the building code. It will give your project a legal sanction and future no one can raise any question about it. The engineers and architects of your project will apply the building code while building the project. Apart this there are so many persons who are responsible for the proper implementation of the building code. Such persons include safety inspector, environmental scientists and the estate developers. Contractors, manufactures of building products, insurance agent and tenants also play important role in the implementation of the building code. Additional Building codes may be formulated to get additional facilities.
